Meradh Luxurious, operated by MERADH LUXURIOUS PRIVATE LIMITED, is committed to resolving your concerns fairly and quickly. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer and put in place the process below.

How to raise a grievance
You can raise a grievance in any of these ways:
- Raise a support ticket from My Account (fastest — lets us link it to your order);
- Email the Grievance Officer at [email protected];
- Call us at +91 98251 19948 during working hours.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your order number, a description of the problem, and any supporting photos or videos.
Acknowledgement & resolution timelines
We follow these timelines:
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your grievance.
- Resolution: within a reasonable period, and in any case within the timelines prescribed under applicable law (ordinarily within one month of receipt).
If a grievance requires coordination with a Vendor or logistics partner, we will keep you informed of the status until it is resolved.
Marketplace & Vendor issues
Meradh Luxurious is a marketplace, and Vendors are the sellers of record for the products they list. For product-specific issues (quality, warranty, description), we will facilitate resolution with the relevant Vendor. Where an issue is within our control (payments, refunds we process, platform functionality), we will resolve it directly.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or other competent authority.
