Meradh operates an online marketplace that enables independent third-party sellers ("Vendors") to list and sell products to customers. For each order, the Vendor is the seller of record and is solely responsible for the products it lists, including their description, quality, pricing, packaging, statutory compliance and warranties.

Meradh acts as an intermediary facilitating the transaction, payment collection and delivery logistics. Meradh is not the manufacturer or seller of Vendor products and does not endorse any product or Vendor unless expressly stated.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract of sale is formed with the Vendor when the order is accepted and confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or where a Vendor cannot fulfil.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered on eligible orders and may carry a nominal fee shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines, return eligibility, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. In summary, most eligible items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or infringing content, including in reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation, scrape data, or introduce malicious code.
• Misuse promotions, coupons or the returns process (including serial or fraudulent returns).

When you post reviews, images or other content, you grant Meradh a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute that content on the Platform. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Meradh and protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand names and images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a marketplace intermediary, Meradh is not liable for the acts or omissions of Vendors, the quality, safety or legality of listed products, or the accuracy of listings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meradh's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform or any order shall not exceed the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meradh, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
